Terms and Conditions
Ceremony Site Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Package prices are effective from March 16 thru December 23, 2008. Add additional $50 onto package price for weddings that fall between the dates of January 7 thru March 15, 2008.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply for a ceremony larger than 50 persons or if a ceremony is requested on a major holiday.
Deposit
If reception to follow the ceremony is in the same venue, there will be no charge for the use of the banquet room. If the ceremony and reception is held in different locations, banquet room charges will apply.
Deposit Policy
To secure any of our wedding packages, please send the full amount to The New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel. Payments may be made via credit card, money order, travelers' and personal check. All payments must be in U.S. Dollars. Payments by money order, travelers' check or personal check must be paid thru a bank in the United States. All cash and check payments must be in U.S. Dollars.
Cancellation Policy
For any cancellation received after confirmation, half of the deposit collected will be forfeited. Remaining balance will be refunded to the client. Requests for a change in date and/or time of wedding after initial booking may result in an additional fee, depending upon circumstances.
